Causes Of Air Leakage in The Sealing Of Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine

1. Is the pressure of the sealing cylinder sufficient? If a low-pressure sealing cylinder is selected, the low-pressure pressure can be maintained below 8 kilograms, which is not a problem for regular water bottles. But it also depends on the high-pressure blowing pressure. If the high-pressure blowing pressure is too high, it will press the sealing cylinder downwards. If the high-pressure pressure is reduced, it can also be blown into a bottle shape to try to reduce the high-pressure pressure. Alternatively, if the high-pressure pressure is too high and the locking pressure is too small, it will open the mold and cause sealing leakage. The automatic locking pressure can be increased.
2. Is the sealing adhesive damaged or aligned with the sealing area? If it deviates from the sealing area, it will cause air leakage.
3. Is the sealing cylinder block or sealing element damaged? If the sealing element is damaged, it can be directly reflected by opening the sealing cylinder solenoid valve.
4. Whether the solenoid valve of the sealing cylinder is leaking or stuck, or if the exhaust is not smooth, these are also the reasons that affect the leakage of the sealing cylinder.
